My dear friend (who is) 25 years ago had a breast exam in the last year and said he had a fibroid breast about an inch long. As a waste treatment than radical surgery, she looks to at least reduce, if not eliminate, the growth through alternative means such as diet, herbs, energy therapies (Qi Gong, Reiki, etc.) and others.

Maybe someone else out there was a great experience in treating this disease?

Where I live in Eastern Europe, there is no awareness of helping the patient (medical patients learn more) alternatives, and information on the web is confusing for me and my friend.
